S.No Position Qualification Skills Experience
1. Engine Performance Analyst ME / BE in MECH / AUTOMOBILE  Exposure to Matlab, AVL Concerto, Sigma plot, DAT-K, Excel macros. Incumbent should have a thorough understanding of CRDI and ECM controlled engine systems and accessories. Candidate should understand engine control systems and setpoints. Candidate should be able to understand and compile test instructions to generate engine performance curves. Physical Engine Testing experience/ knowledge is a plus. Candidate will be working for Tier4 engine rating development and knowledge of emission norms is required. Candidate needs to be a good team player and must have good communication (via email and phone) skills in English to be able to communicate effectively with US/UK based teams. Candidate must be willing to work in shifts and weekends if necessary.  3+ years (for M.E) or 5 + years (for B.E) work experience as engine performance & emission analyst. Must have a thermal engineering background.  
2. Sr.Software Architect B.E /B.Tech - Instrumentation preferable.ECE, CS, EEE - acceptable   Mandatory: C, RTOS, Labview, Good knowledge in System modeling & simulation, process control & instrumentation, Distributed controls, Communication protocols - CAN, J1939, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Automotive domain knowledge.
Good expertise in usage of compilers, debuggers, Software Engineering, Model based design Preferable: Clearcase, Linux, CMMi knowledge. 
4 to 5 years in Embedded industry in Real time Software Development, out of which at least 1 year in following areas:
  • process control & Data acquisition domain.
  • mathematical modeling and simulation.
  • Automotive Applications.
  • leading large projects that include many layers of software such as device drivers, Library components etc.
Should have worked as a team lead for at least 2 years including project management activities such as estimates, work breakdown, task planning, tracking, customer coordination. Good communication skills.  
3. Programmer B.E /B.Tech - Instrumentation preferable ECE, CS, EEE - acceptable   Mandatory: Expertise in C programming, Assembly programming, Software Testing awareness, RTOS, Embedded Systems knowledge, Control Engg. & instrumentation, Communication protocols - CAN, J1939, TCP/IP and Ethernet, Software Engineering.
Expertise in usage of compilers, debuggers & testing tools.
Preferable: Clearcase  
Up to 2 years in Embedded industry in Real time Software Development Good communication skills  
4. Quality Lead BE/BTech (CS/ECE), MCA   Understanding of Quality procedures, metrics and implementation of various quality processes.
Good understanding of Automotive Domain desired.
Ability to understand sw requirements and perform QA checks to ensure bug-free product.
Good communication skills.  
4+ yrs of experience in Quality Assurance of Embedded SW (Automotive preferred).  
5. Design and development of Embedded software B.tech in EEE/ECE/CSE   Very strong C programming skills.
Hands on experience with any of the device driver development for RISC / DSP processors.
Exposure to any RTOS based development environments.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver products in a timely manner.  
2 yrs of Experience.  
6. Common Services and Platform Services B.tech in EEE/ECE/CSE.   Experience working in embedded area. Strong C coding experience. Knowledge on assembly coding is a plus. Knowledge on 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers. Compiler usage and build procedures. Usage of Dev./Debug tools. Real-Time programming concepts. Knowledge of code optimization. Developing high level, detailed test plans, test applications and scripts for validating the sw modules. Additional: Automotive Domain Experience Preferred Good understanding of processor architectures, memory management etc Exposure to development of protocols (like TCP/IP, PPP) on embedded platforms is a plus. Implementing automotive domain protocols like CAN, J1939,CCP Developing the scripts using CAPL Good Time Management skills Good communication skills.   3 yrs of Experience  
7. Matlab Engineer B.tech in EEE/ECE/CSE.   Experience in usage of Matlab RTW for autocode generation.
Experienced in Embedded sw development in C/C++.
Good understanding of microcontrollers & real time programming concepts.
Compilers usage & Build Procedures.  
3+ yrs of experience in Matlab/Simulink model based embedded sw development

2. Sr. Application Development Engineer BS/MS - Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, CAN/J1939, Excellent Communication Skills & Technical Leadership Matlab/Simulink, LabView, Automotive Protocols - CAN/J1939, Understanding of Engine Features   2 to 3 years experience with Embedded Software with System Testing or Integration Expereince. Good Design, Debugging Skills, Good Communication skills
3. Systems Engineer BS/MS - Electrical Engineering Matlab/Simulink, Automotive Protocols - CAN/J1929, Understanding of Diesel/Gas Engine Functionality 2 - 3 years Configuring and Compiling embedded software, testing existing functionality, development of new software features.
